Field Validation Team:

Upon ground validation of the Landholding issued in the name of WELDON S. PASCO & REWEL S.
PASCO, TCT NO. AT-1158 with an area of more or less 49,013 square meters located at Barangay
Guinoyoran, Valencia City, Bukidnon, it was found out that all farmer beneficiaries named in the CCLOA
are actual tillers of the land.
The area is not fully developed since ninety (90) percent more or less of its area is a sloped area. A
portion of the subject land is presently planted with fruit trees for family consumption and the major crop
planted is sugarcane. Moreover, it was found out that the said landholding is DNYD but valued and is
encumbered to Land Bank of the Philippines. Thus, the FVT recommends re-processing of DNYD folder.
And re-survey as per validation in the ASP.
