Looking back to those times when I was having a hard time choosing which road

should I take, If I were to mention all of them, maybe this essay won’t come to an end.
Actually, there were several of them, and I want to share where I started to grow and
find my bests of friends today.

When I was in 3rd grade, my friends were planning to transfer school where they
will able to continue their high school years there. By that time, I was a bit nervous
thinking that they will go to different schools and I will be left behind since I was too
dependent to them. But my father told me not to be afraid in marching through the beat
of a different drum and I have to discover new things throughout myself alone, and he
was right. My friends went to other school and I was left here at Holy Family, trying to
meet new friends. As an Introvert, I was having a hard time making friends with a total
stranger back then. But I have to get outside of the box where I’m in, so I decided to
cross my boarders and meet new amazing people.

This short experience has contributed to a more fulfilling life to me. Living on the
road less traveled might give you a sense of accomplishment because you've carved
out your own path. You'll most likely gain skills that you wouldn't have if you took the
traditional and normal path. If time will come and I have to choose again which road,
should I take, I'd still follow the same path. As for me, any other form of life would be too
boring. Every day, I enjoy pushing my limits. It can be extremely tiring, unpleasant,
terrifying, and perplexing at times. But every scar and battle lost is imprinted in my mind
as a gold-plated lesson. I'm learning to be wise not just by reading and listening to
different people, but by falling and getting back up again, again, and again on my own,
on the less-traveled, risky, and lonely roads. It's all about the journey in life. Fill it with as
many experiences as you can. I guarantee you'll see a better version of yourself.
