1.

What do you think are some of the obstacles might be for a smaller
company to implement a Six Sigma program?

Small organizations must weigh the advantages of implementation against the cost
of training in order to make Six Sigma effective. Because they often have limited
budgets, small companies lack the capacity that bigger enterprises can do adapt and
reapply Six Sigma programs as necessary.

2. Are certain features and components of Six Sigma more applicable than

others to a small company?

The majority of organizations using Six Sigma have been big ones with lots of
resources. However, this innovative method may also help small and medium-sized
firms improve their bottom line. A small business may begin collecting its employees for
a brief discussion, whereas a huge company might take days. It is typically simpler to
encourage the management team to agree that a standard strategy may help achieve
goals since smaller organizations are more adaptable. Despite the fact that politics will
always exist, obtaining everyone's approval and buy-in to implement Six Sigma Quality
may be simpler for a smaller company.
