SUBJECT: Submission of lists of stakeholders and partners who provided support for
the Department of Health’s response to COVID-19 for proper recognition

The Department of Health through the Health Promotion Bureau would like to give
recognition to stakeholders and partners for their utmost and unending support and contributions
to the department’s response against COVID-19.

Dubbed as BIDA, the citation aims to be given to individuals and organizations at the
national and regional level under the following categories:

B - “Beyond the Border” -given to partners that provided exemplary support in more
than one of the categories.
O
m
I - “Iron Pillars” -given to partners who gave in-kind donations, logistic support,
-n venue, and/or human resources

D - “Dedicated Champions” -given to partners who supported dissemination of

factual infonnation through their platforms

A - “Ahead of the Curve Aces” -given to individuals/experts who provided their

technical expertise.

A certificate of appreciation will be given to partners and will be recognized in the virtual
Healthy Pilipinas Awards program in March 2022.

In view of the above, we would like to request for a list of partners, their contributions,
logos and other pertinent information from your respective offices to ensure that all our partners
and stakeholders in COVID-19 response are properly acknowledged and recognized. Please use
