The Department of Health- Central Office has a standing order to Department of Health-
Center for Health Development Ilocos to facilitate coordination and dissemination to
different health facilities in reference to the accomplishment report of PhilHealth on the
Percentage of Return to Hospital and Denied Claims for the Calendar Years 2019-2023.

Based on the PhilHealth National Report, Ilocos Region has the following performances;
