    In the interest of correcting and clarifying reports presented during


    meetings/conferences/planning, all Visayas and Mindanao DOH CHD Regional Directors
    including the Minister of Health BARMM, shall submit to the office of Asec. Roy Ferrer, their
    identified Chartered Cities to be reported independently from their provinces for better
    management, more sensitive analysis of data and more accurate distribution of resources.
