 CAUSE AND EFFECT

BURNING OF FOSSIL FUELS - SEA LEVEL RISE

When the surface temperature warms, it causes ice from
glaciers, sea ice, as well as polar ice shelves to melt.
When this happens, the amount of water that flows into
oceans around the world increases and leads to sea
levels rising drastically, endangering numerous cities
that are below sea level.
ACCELERATED GROWTH OF THE - EXHAUSTION
OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The increase in the number of inhabitants influences the
consumption of natural resources to meet the needs of
the human being.

MASSIVE FELLING OF TREES - INCREASED

CARBON DIOXIDE LEVELS
Thousands of trees are lost every year which play
an important role in the environmental balance,
as they convert carbon dioxide into oxygen.

ANIMAL HUNTING - DISAPPEARANCE OF

ANIMAL SPECIES
The disheartening trail of poaching reaches
unsustainable levels that deplete the planet at an
ever-increasing rate. Growing greed pushes
thousands of species to the limit of extinction,
with more than 30,000 elephants, 100 tigers and
1000 rhinos every year.

GREENHOUSE EFFECT - GLOBAL WARMING

The concentration of gases in the atmosphere is due to
different industrial processes and means of transport. The
accumulation of these causes the increase in the average
temperature of the earth.

HIGH WASTE PRODUCTION - POLLUTION OF SEAS

By consuming massively, it means a greater demand,
with which the industries increase their production
levels. Due to the immersion and depth of the oceans,
until recently man believed that he could use them to
dump garbage and chemical substances in small
quantities without these having important consequences.
 SOLUTION ALTERNATIVES

By searching on a task-based basis I was able to come to a conclusion that there

are numerous ways to prevent climate change, such as:

• Use transports that do not need fuel

• Reduce and reuse

• Try to consume fewer products from animals

• Inform and educate others on the subject

• Separate what is cardboard, plastics, glass and paper by colors or places

where they can be put

It is known that it will be difficult to make such a drastic change to our daily routine,
but it is worth trying for the benefit of our planet, our future generations and
ourselves.
