1. What is the reason why a reprographic machine is necessary in an office?(own

words)
-These machine are vital in an office to make works easier and faster at the same
time you will be able to maximize your effort and time spend in a specific office tasks.
2. Why do we need to duplicate documents?(own words)
-Duplicating documents has various of reasons and importance one those of those
is to make a multiple copy out of a single piece, also we duplicate documents so that
we can secure a copy when it is submitted or sent to someone else, and many more.
3. In your own words, describe the function of at least two (2) reprographic/duplicating
machine.
-One is to reproduce visual elements from an original copy in other words to
duplicate an exact copy of an original document.Second, is to capture and scan
images from an orginal document to reproduce clearer and vibriant images.
