1. How do you communicate with your classmate, colleague or

officemate?(3sentences own words)
-Through various ways we communicate with my classmates and
colleagues. Usually through face to face where we have an actual contact
with one another. But during pandemic we have it through online using
various social media platforms such like the facebook messenger.
2. .What are the different types of communication that you are currently
using?( 5 sentences own words)
-It is either verbal and non-verbal communication. These are the
most common types of communication I used. Which I think most of the
people also used. Verbla, meand using of actual words that are coming out
from my mouth. While non verbal, these are my expressions, gestures, and
movements which the peole around me was able to observe.
3. What do you think is the most important trait when communicating with others?

-I think it is very important that during communication one should about clear
information and concise. Because one of the barrier of an effective communication is
one someone failed to understand the message. This usually happens when your
words are not clear and concise. To eliminate this problem, always ensure that your
sending the message effectively, you can also very to ensure that someone recieves
the message carefully.
4. List at least five reasons why people do not understand each other in
communication.
-Unclear, Not conscise, Use of different language, Physiologic problem in hearing
and listening, and loss of attention.
5. What communication devices do you have?(3 sentences own words)
 -In this generation we can access various devices to use for communication.
Example of these devices which I have are the cellphone and laptop. These are very
common and important as I used it effectively with my day to day life.
