APPLICATIONS

The product is suitable for the preparation of personal care cleansers with excellent shine

PACKING

Sparkle 670 is available in 220 litres HMHDPE carboys. Total of 80 carboys i.e. 14.4 MT
(180 kg per carboy) can be shipped palletized or non-palletized in 20 ft. full container load

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Store the material in a clean and dry place at 25 - 35°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
Keep containers tightly closed. In the original sealed condition, when stored as suggested,
the shelf life of product is at least one year. Slight separation may occur during storage,
which can be reversed by stirring, without affecting the pearlizing property of the product.
Product tends to have thin layer of foam and scum at the top of container as the inherent
nature. However, this would not affect the quality of product. On prolonged storage below
10°C, if the product gets solidified, it is recommended to keep the carboys in hot room of

temperature 25 - 35°C (avoid direct heating). Once the carboy is opened, use the product
within a week.

Product should be processed at temperatures between 15 - 35°C. Outside this range, the
viscosity may increase, making it difficult to pump. This characteristic property can be
reversed by stirring the product at 25 - 35°C. To avoid possibility of melting of wax

dispersion, the recommended temperature during transport is maximum 35 °C.

Metal containers are not suitable for storing the material, as it can corrode the container.
Storage tanks made of stainless steel (SS 316) or FRP (Fibre - Reinforced Plastic) are
suitable for storing this product
