One of the projects is having an issue with the resources in the project. Initially, the project was scheduled
based on the activities required for the project

Required:
1. Redraw the project schedule using CCP method in better managing resources in the project.
2. Calculate the ne project duration based on the CCP method

Question 4:
In this project, all activities are regarded as critical. The objective in performing project crashing for this
project is to measure the total costs to be incurred to shorten the project duration. After performing the
analysis, the company shall be able to decide the new project duration with the acceptable new costs
incurred for the project.
