ideas and tools on how they can realize positive impact on the Global Goals in
their communities through showcasing and celebrating student centered
entrepreneurial action, scaled impact, and creating cross-cultural connections.

Loiza: Experience culture and community in La Cueva María de La

Cruz in Loíza, Puerto Rico. The experience includes a visit of an
ecotourism project, a bomb & turban class, a visit to a cacao farm,
and interaction with local artisans.

Old San Juan: Visit a project designed to help people experiencing

homelessness in la Fondita de Jesus in Santurce and legendary
Old San Juan. Go back in time and discover five centuries of
fascinating Puerto Rican history, culture, and heritage among the
cobblestone streets of this charming city.

12:00 – 19:30 GMT Cataño: Visit a Community Kitchen in Cataño and tour PRCC between 8:00 – 8:30
the Hacienda Santa Ana, where Barrilito rum (the most prized rum
in Puerto Rico) has been distilled since 1880.

Luquillo: Experience first-hand “RenaCen," a community-based

ecotourism project whose focus is revitalization of Luquillo as well
as conservation of the surrounding natural resources. Enjoy
Luquillo's beaches, natural revere, hiking trails, and flora. End with
a visit to "El Yunque" Rainforest and encounter its regional beauty.

On-Site Experience: Take an art class in the Convention Center

led by a Deaf Community that includes collaboration with
community participants. Follow with the Toro Verde Urban Zip Line
(Distrito T Mobile) interactive experience.

Globally, widespread student disengagement is rampant with a
significant 5% decrease in student engagement between 2020 and
2021, according to Instructure’s 2021 Year-Over-Year Global
Research Study & Trends. Students are personally and emotionally
overwhelmed, facing financial hardship and other issues triggered
by the pandemic that are keeping them from connecting. How can
Enactus reverse the trend to increase student participation and
