1.

What obstacle are you trying to overcome right now and how do you deal with
it? EXPLAIN (Minimum of 150 words)

Since I turned 18, I started having a hard time expressing my feelings to others. Even if
it's a small thing, I always tend to overthink more, and I end up having a breakdown.
Since then, I have always been scared to share my problem with others, far from who I
really was. But you can always see me with a smile on my lips. I'm still a bubbly person
when I am with others. They can see my positive side, but I tend to hide my inner
feelings. I love listening to Kpop music especially when I feel blue, it fills my heart with
joy and bursts my excitement too. I’m not confident to speak in front of a crowd but I
overcame it but, yet still humble and not proud. When tons of work needs to be done, I
get stressed yet keeps trying to have an optimistic mind. I have high dreams, goals that I
want to achieve, so I keep trying my best working as I live.

2. What steps do you need to take in order to break through the barrier and find a
solution? EXPLAIN
Trials may come my way, hindrances are along the way, but I believe in the cliché,
that if there’s a will, there’s a way. I believe that everyone is experiencing a trial and
hindrance that are blocking our way to freedom. But I also do believe that everything has a
reason and a way to overcome it. Also, "Take a break, there's a long journey ahead of you."
This quote has stuck in my mind since then. It's okay to take a break, and it's not a waste of
time, but a process to prepare for the next step in our journey so that we can look around
and take a breath rather than just keep moving forward.

3. Thinking about the lessons you can learn from nature, determine a plan and list the next
three (3) steps you are going to take to help yourself find a solution. EXPLAIN

1. Everything has a purpose

Aristotle believed that everything happening to you today has a purpose
because it turns you into the person you are becoming. Everything that happens
to you has a reason—but there's a way of thinking about this that empowers
you in life. Life is for living. Living is always for a purpose. Everything happens
for a purpose. Nothing, well almost nothing happens by chance.
2. Nature doesn’t hurry
Nature does not hurry yet everything is accomplished. It often happens that the
more you hurry, the less you achieve. The more pressure, the less positive
results. Enjoy the process, enjoy the journey, allow yourself to learn and grow,
be patient and have unwavering faith. The more you take it with ease and give it
all the time and space, the faster and easier it is to achieve your dream results.
3. There's peace in chaos.
Chaos is natural—if you look at the world, it's everywhere—but to find your
peace in the midst of chaos is something you have to deal with. Life is
unpredictably unpredictable, bringing with it a wide range of emotions and
mental states that may be tough and even unpleasant at times. But there is a
silent and tranquil spot beneath all the dramas, diversions, and troubles where
you may relax.
