Good Afternoon every one, I Abhi would take forward the topic of ED raids
best represents the current government commitment to fight the corruption.
THE Directorate of Enforcement is a central agency established to detect and prevent financial crimes but if you see the pattern of searches and inquiries conducted by the ED in recent years is no more than vested interests giving rise to serious concerns and doubts. It has become routine for ED search teams to raid the premises of politicians, political organizations and institutions who speak out against the current government. There is also a picture in which the one can get purged of sins and seek quick discharge from all the financial charges if one changes the party. For example, Narayan Rane who always targeted by ED when he was in congress a few years ago. He left and joined current government, became a rajya sabha member and now the same Rane IS threatening adversaries with ED raids. What a great Commitment the current government has to fight the corruption I would like to quote A Rajya Sabha member who said that wherever the current government is in the opposition in a state the action is taken against the ruling party but however if the leader of opposition come after bathing the ganges of current government the action on them stops If the current government is so hell bent committed towards the fight against corruption then Why only opposition is been targeted, ED raid on current government should also be conducted. like B.S. Yediyurappa: who Accused in land and mining scams, with diaries recovered from his possession showing hefty amounts being paid to top BJP leaders, judges and advocates, Yedi today stands tall, acquitted of most of the charges. The same CBI that was investigating him for years couldn’t furnish enough evidence against him when the Current government came to power.
Reddy brothers of Bellary: Before the Karnataka elections in 2018, the CBI
quickly concluded its investigations into mining scams worth Rs 16,500 crore against the Bellary brothers without pursuing the cases to their logical ends. For such audacious plundering of India’s wealth, the current government let the Bellary brothers go scot-free. I Would like to conclude on a question that don’t you think ED is becoming an extended part of the current Government, which it should not be.
