I gave this tool a *15 out of 16 because I did not think the instructional features category applied to this app. While Podcasts can be
used for instructional purposes, it is not their primary design. I found Anchor by Spotify incredibly user friendly and think it would be
easy to use its features both inside and outside of the classroom.
