Graded Project: Part 2

Hi, My name is Anuj Kumar. I am handling Sales & Marketing department in

WHEELS. Here are few points which I would like to mention from Project 1.

 Business Idea & Vision: The idea is to provide a better solution of

transportation to the commuters. So that they can reach to their destinations
easily on time. So we will provide them E-Bikes which is a bicycle with
batteries. Following points will prove my statement:
 It is time saving because you don’t need to wait for the buses & auto.
Also one can pass the traffic easily with it.
 It is a cost effective way of transportation because of the low rates
 It is a healthy & environment friendly way

 Key Contributions: I handled the Marketing part in the Project. I did some
research for the marketing of a new product launch. I mainly focused on the
age group of our targeted audience & focused areas, from where we are
going to start. And also the phases, ways & theme for our entire marketing
program. I find out that the digital marketing is the best way to market our
product in initial stages. That’s why I chose – Facebook, Instagram, online
music applications, travel & fitness channels on you tube etc.

 Key Leanings: It was a great experience for me personally because I was

working in late nights with previously unknown people with different set of
skills & experiences.
 I learned team management through this session
 My Communication & Presentation skills are enhanced
 I learned that how much dedication & team effort it takes to complete
a project

 Improvements:
 Every member of my team gave their 100% in this project. But for the
improvement we could have done a detailed analysis on our
competitors in the market as well.
 I would love to retain the same team if we do this again. Because may
be everyone was not equally good but we were trying with our
continuous efforts to make a good project.
