My name is Maria Asghar bearing passport # NB1828802. I am writing this letter to let be
known to you my intention to apply for a spouse visa under the sponsorship of my husband
namely Aamir Shahzad resident of Ireland territory bearing passport # KY5144313.
We know each other for the entirely of our lives as we have mutual so many friends and
relatives as well. Although it was completely arrange marriage but we have build up a very
strong relationship . We started a friendly relationship to grew and development an intimate
relationship.
He had visited me oftenly when he was in Pakistan. We had numerous, meaningful and typical
everyday activities. We were involved in and committed to, which constitutes a healthy and
mutually satisfying marriage relationship and blended family.
Over the course of more than a year and after the development of our strong relationship, we
decided to convert this relation into a life time relationship and decided that it is the perfect
time to spend the rest of our lives together. Hence, we got married in October, 2021. It was the

After getting married, my husband had to go back in Ireland and stay there for longer period
because of his job. Now we have to live separately and it brings sadness to us.
It is pertinent to mention here that to maintain the strengthen of our legal relationship we
manage our communication over the voice calls, video calls and texts as well. (Proof of our
communication is attached)
Unfortunately as we are living separately instead of a legal and legitimate relationship, we will
not let the situation take us down. We have been searching out to stop this separation we
decided to apply for a spouse visa only then we can live together. At the end we are quite sure
this time we are ready to give out submission before you.
As I am a loyal woman and can better understand the value of a relationship. All I want to
spend the rest of my life with the man of my life only and only my Husband. I just want to be
beside Aamir Shahzad whenever he needs me.
My husband is able to meet the financial requirements set for by the regularity authority to
sponsor my visa application as he is an honest citizen in the territory of Ireland. A
comprehensive documentation to support this claim is prepared and ready for submission for
your perusal.
More over, my sponsor meets the accommodation requirements without any hurdle as he
already managed a flat on lease to maintain his wife there in a civilized way. I am able to
demonstrate this claim by submitting a copy of approval by the landlord.
On the other hand, as for as the English language requirement, I am also able to demonstrate
that I am an educated woman. I completed my professional degree of LL.B in Pakistan and the
