IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Pets shall be limited to aquarium fishes, dogs, cats and birds. Keeping of the said pets in commercial quantities shall not be
allowed. Commercial quantities shall mean more than one (1) aquarium for fishes, more than one (1) cage for birds, more than
one (1) dog or cat. Large-sized breeds (bullmastiffs, German shepherd, Rottweiler, etc.) street dogs, dirty, dangerous and foul
smelling animals are not allowed in the condominium.
2. With regard to pet quantity and / or size:
• Aquarium fishes – 1 aquarium per unit, maximum aquarium size is 40 gallons.
• Dogs or cats – maximum of 2 per unit, each dog / cat must be less than 25lbs. or less than 15” in height (when full-
grown) standing on their feet, and
• Birds – 1 cage per unit, maximum cage size is 1 cubic meter.
3. Training of pets in the common areas is prohibited .
4. Pets must be kept in humane conditions within the confines of the owner’s unit. Whenever taken out of the unit, the dog or cat
shall be leash or otherwise restrained or contained.
5. The pet owner shall be responsible for any injury to person or damage to property caused by his pet. He shall be responsible for
the cleaning of the dirt or rubbish caused by his pet in the common areas or inside other condominium units.
6. Pets must not be kept in the parking areas, driveways, walkways, gardens and other common areas.
7. Pet owners must see to it that the noise created by their pets does not disturb unit owners or tenants.
8. Pets, where applicable, must be vaccinated, at the owner’s expense at least against rabies and distemper for a specified duration.
Pet owner must submit copies of his pet’s vaccinations, rabies, distemper shots and a written certification from a licensed
veterinarian concerning the vaccination received by his pet.
9. The board has the discretion to prohibit the retention in any unit of any pet, which is found to be dangerous, or nuissance to
other residents, or is kept in inhumane condtitions.
10. The board has the discretion to prohibit the retention in any unit of any pet which were unregistered with the PMO.
