1. How would a manager resolve a conflict between the new management trainees?
2. How would a manager ensure that there is good work communication among
management trainees in a new environment?
3. What value do management trainee programs provide in comparison to the courses
being taught in class?
4. Do you think incorporating these training programs as part of the university
curriculum may ease some of the burden on the company’s resources?
5. What suggestions do you have for industry students in terms of how they could reach
the expectations of the Managers?
