Be warned!

The task you are about to face might be a little complicated and
challenging. Remember to keep your wits about you and persevere, and your inner
escape artist might just pull off something big!
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. Your general objective is to solve a series consisting of FOUR virtual escape
Rooms within 105 MINUTES in order to, well…. Escape!
2. Each Room contains a variable number of questions, the answers to which will
lead you to codes(watch out for traps/distractions as not all answers will lead you
to a code).
3. Each Room also contains a door leading out of it in the form of TWO Google
Forms. Your job is to make sense of the codes you uncover and use them to figure
out the Gate Password required by one Google Form, and to input the codes
themselves into the other one.
4. Once you input the correct Gate Password, you will automatically receive the
link to the next Room and ONE Master Clue. Like the codes in each room, you must
also make sense out of the Master Clues(remember that the methods used to
solve the codes and the Master Clues are NOT the same)
5. The process has to be repeated until you have uncovered all FOUR master clues.
The final stage of the module requires you to unlock the final door(the final door
can be accessed after solving Room 4) by using ALL the Master Clues.
6. The link for Room 1 will be shared with the Head Delegate via Whatsapp. You can
then access the link for Room 2 by solving the first one as mentioned above, and so
on.
7. The links for Rooms 2,3 and 4 will also be sent to you following 25-MINUTE
intervals each in case you are not able to crack a room and want to move on to the
next one. However, directly using these links instead of accessing them by solving
the previous room will cause you to fall short of the Master Clue for said previous
room until you solve it.
8. NO responses will be entertained after the 105 minutes are up.

GUIDELINES FOR ASKING FOR HINTS:

1. You are allowed to ask for 2 Hints PER ROOM in case you get stuck somewhere.
For that, you need to submit your queries via Whatsapp to the following phone
number: +923358197804(Affan Bin Razi-Module Head) Make sure to have this
number saved on your phone beforehand. Note that ONLY the Head Delegate can
submit these queries.
2. When asking for hints, you must mention the following: Your Team ID and your
Name. You must also be precise about what exactly it is that you need help with.
Moreover, queries submitted MUST be in the form of a text message. No calls will
be entertained.
3. Hints can be asked for problems of ANY nature.
SCORING:
1. You will be scored based on the percentage of the Rooms you have solved,
whether you have unlocked the final door or not, and the amount of time you have
used up in unlocking the final door out of the total 105 minutes(the less time you
use, the higher you score)..
2. Each hint used will cause a slight REDUCTION in your score.

GUIDELINES FOR ENGAGING WITH THE VIRTUAL ROOM:

1. Please note that you MUST use a laptop or a PC to access the rooms since some
features of the room will not be available on smartphones.
2. The objects in the rooms-ONLY the ones where questions are hidden-can be
interacted with by clicking upon them. Clicking once will allow you to zoom in on
an object while clicking again on the zoomed-in object will allow you to access the
question.
3. Some questions make use of images. You can click once on those images to
enlarge them.
4. Some rooms contain an actual door leading out of them while some contain an
option labelled as the “exit door”.
