Question No.1 14 Marks

Consider the following scenario, you are required to write the seven stages of action to achieve the goal:
“For example, you are going back to your home after taking your class. Now, upon reaching to your home you
are required to unlock the locked door of your home for entry.”

Write down the seven stages of action for unlocking the locked door. Write your answer in following table.

Identify which one is an example of good design and which one is an example of bad design. Explain with solid
reasons. (Explanation should not be more than 3 to 4 lines)

Termed as bad design:
The erroneous remark does not clearly characterize the problem. I was oblivious of the fact that you had failed to
provide me with Specifications. What's the problem? WHAT ABOUT EMAIL? What is the code phrase? Is it
both? Who knows for sure? Negative terms, like the term ERROR, might make clients feel as if they've made a
huge mistake. The placement of error messages is critical. Put it in the right place, and explain what went wrong,
and what they need do right away if it's foggy. There is no second stage that manages the client after a mistake.

Termed as good design:
The issue is clearly characterized by a blunder message. The blunder message is successfully determined and
positioned in the best location. The message is located under the error area, making it easier for the client to
correct the error. To manage the customer, appropriate terms are used, which is an acceptable plan model. What
they should do immediately is sensible. Overall, it's a fantastic strategy.
