during the event is essential. Any damage caused will be the
responsibility of the individual or team involved.

4. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings


and valuables during the event.

5. Any disputes or concerns regarding the event must be


communicated to the organizers promptly and respectfully.

6. Any form of cheating, including plagiarism, unauthorized


communication or unfair advantage-seeking, will result in
immediate disqualification.

7. Use of foul language, inappropriate gestures or behavior


deemed offensive by the organizers will not be tolerated.

8. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related


to scoring, disputes, and rule interpretations.

9. Any feedback or suggestions for improving the event


experience should be communicated constructively to the
organizers for future iterations.

GUIDELINES
ROUND 1: EASYPEASY - DECIPHERING WORD PROBLEMS:
PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE SIMPLE WORD PROBLEMS TO
SOLVE, WHICH THEY MUST TRANSLATE INTO FUNCTIONAL CODE.

1. EACH PARTICIPANT CODES INDIVIDUALLY TO SOLVE THE


GIVEN RIDDLES.
2. IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO USE ANY PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE (C,
C++, JAVA, PYTHON, ETC.)
3. PLAGIARISM OR COPYING CODE FROM EXTERNAL SOURCES IS
STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. JUDGES EVALUATE THE ACCURACY OF THE PROGRAM'S
OUTPUT AND THE EFFICIENCY OF THE CODE.

ROUND 2: PATTERNSMASH - RIDDLES FOR PATTERN:


TEAMS DECIPHER PATTERNS HIDDEN WITHIN RIDDLES AND
CREATE CODE TO PRINT THE PATTERNS.

1. TEAMS COLLABORATE TO IDENTIFY AND UNDERSTAND THE


UNDERLYING PATTERNS IN RIDDLES.

ROUND 3: BRAINBURST - PC TREASURE HUNT:**


PARTICIPANTS ENGAGE IN A DIGITAL TREASURE HUNT WITHIN A
PC, SOLVING CLUES TO FIND THE HIDDEN TREASURE.

1. TEAMS USE PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND TECHNICAL


KNOWLEDGE TO DECIPHER CLUES AND PROGRESS THROUGH
THE TREASURE HUNT.
2. PARTICIPANTS MAY USE ANY SOFTWARE TOOLS OR
PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES TO AID IN SOLVING CLUES AND
L O C A T I N G T H E T R E A SU R E .
3. TEAMS ARE EVALUATED BY JUDGES ON THE BASIS OF HOW
ACCURATE THEIR SOLUTIONS ARE, HOW FAST THEY
PROGRESS, AND HOW WELL THEY WORK AS A TEAM.
Rules & Guiidelines
Round 1: Wager wala Ishq :
Goal is to locate the box containing 3 gold coins among 4 boxes, each box
contains a unique combination of gold and silver coins.

1. Each round has a duration of 5 minutes, during which participants must


strategize and select a box.
2. Players receive 3 copper coins as clues to aid in selecting a box.
3. Each copper coin will allow the team to choose any box of their choice, then
one coin will be revealed from that box, either gold or silver.
4. Based on the type of coin revealed (gold or silver), players strategize to identify
the box with 3 gold coins.

Round 2: Dil Toh Decrypt Hai Ji :


Teams participate in a game where they aim to achieve the highest combined
score within 30 minutes by successfully creating passwords adhered to specific
rule.

1. Each Rule you follow while making the password will unlock another rule to
follow, so you will have to constantly change and update the passoword based
on all rules unlocked.
2. Scoring is based on the number of rules followed, complexity, and how few
characters were used to make the password.
3. Internet is allowed but ChatGPT and other language models are prohibited.

Round 3: Kabhi Algorithm na Kehna :


Teams of 2 to 4 members engage in a challenge where each member receives
alternating prompts and codes individually for set lengths of time ultimately
merging all their prompts to create one code that satisfies all the prompts given
to team members.

1. Team composition can range from 2 to 4 members, lesser team mates will
equal to harder prompts.
2. Each team mate gets a set duration of 5 minutes to write code according to
their prompt before switching with the next team mate.
3. You can only make changes to the code you have written, the lines written by
previous members cannot be changed or editted by you, only they can.
4. Any programming language is allowed, but internet access and assistance
from language models like ChatGPT are prohibited.
5. Strategizing can be done only after the event has started, communicate
between non - typing team members and strategize a way to incorporate all
your prompts. Strictly Verbal Communication, no other form like writing or
typing to strategize, etc. Team members cannot communicate to the member
typing at the moment.
6. Failure to follow any of the rules will lead to disqualification.
1. Infinite Reflections:
In this round participants will be given 15 mins to tour the college
campus to observe the surroundings and use their imaginative brains to come up
with solutions using electronics to tackle the problem. Then they will be called
back to the event venue to discuss their idea for 15 mins. After finalising the
ideas participants will be given 30 mins to make a prototype of their idea on paper.

Rules for this round:


- Participants should be with the volunteers at all times while touring the campus.
- Time limit needs to be followed strictly and failing to do so could result In score
getting decreased.
- Participants will be provided with the material necessary to draw the designs.

2. Dynamic Discourse: Unveiling Perspectives:


In this round participants are expected to make posters for their design/
prototype. They need to highlight their positive points , make the
prototype/design unique, interesting, exciting and  easy to understand.
20 mins will be given to design the poster , the presentation time will be
5 mins and in that the participants need to explain their designed poster.

Rules for this round:


- Poster needs to be In canva application as it will ensure everyone has the equal
opportunity to create.
- Posters need to be submitted to the provided whatsapp number on the event day.
- The posters should be clean and no foul language is to be used in the description
of the posters.
- Judges will evaluate posters based on creativity ,originality, usefulness of the
product , design.

3. Clash of Intellects: Verbal Arena:


This round focuses on the ability of participants to trust their ideas and face the world and
their questions as well. Participants are expected to answer questions, defend their idea
and also question other participants when they are presented with the opportunity.

Rules for this round:


- Language shouldn’t be obscene or foul , failing to abide by this rule will result
in disqualification.
- The questions asked should be relevant and to the topic the questions should be
asked only when given a chance .
- There should be no chaos, every team would be given a chance to speak and ask
questions.
