Each lot in the garden unit allows for one (1) underground burial,
contained in a sealed concrete vault.  May construct a
personalized
memorial structure, subject to inventory and company regulations.  The
incorporation of bone boxes or columbary
niches in the memorial
structure is allowed to compliment the utilization of property.

 
SINGLE NICHE

Measures 3m x 3.44m (9.76 square meters) with 4 single tiered underground burials
and 1 above ground niche (optional), a total of 5 burial spaces.

DOUBLE NICHE

Measures 4m x 4.88m (19.52 square meters) with 8 single tiered underground

burials and 2 above ground niches (optional), a total of 10 burials spaces.

12 LOT

The basic unit consists of 12 contiguous lots with option to construct 2 above ground
tombs with back wall and overhang type of roofing. All sides of the structure shall be
open.

Family Estates

Family Estates exude dignity and exclusivity. Distinctive with its magnificent mausoleums, they symbolize the highest form of
immortalizing your loved ones.

Description:
Multiple-lot inventory, available in
clusters of 18,24,36 and 96.  Each lot in the family estate allows for
one (1) underground
burial, contained in a sealed concrete vault. 
Allows for the construction of a mausoleum, whether open or
closed-type, subject
to inventory and Company regulations.  The
incorporation of bone boxes or columbary niches in the mausoleum is
allowed. 
Comfort rooms are allowed to be built inside the mausoleum.

 
JUNIOR ESTATE

A 24-lot Family Estate. An open type of mausoleum may contain not more than six
(6) above ground tombs, while a closed structure may contain up to twelve (12)
above ground tombs. Comfort room is allowed in the mausoleum.

 
GARDEN ESTATE

A 15-Lot Family Estate may construct a memorial structure or mausoleum which

shall not exceed 35% of the property size and not more than 3.0 meters in height.

 
PRESTIGE ESTATE

Measures 6m x 7.32m (43.92 square meters) with 18 single tiered lots. Construction
of the mausoleum's height must not exceed 3 meters. A maximum of 4 niches and a
comfort room is allowed inside the mausoleum.

 
SENIOR ESTATE

Measures 9m x 9.76m (87.84 square meters) with 36 single tiered lots.

Constructions of mausoleum is allowed but not to exceed 50% of the property.
Mausoleum's height must not exceed 5 meters. Comfort room is allowed in the
mausoleum.

PREMIER ESTATE

A 96-lot Family Estate. May construct mausoleum which shall not exceed 5.0
meters in height. An open structure may contain a maximum of (20) above-ground
tombs. A closed may contain a maximum of (40) above ground tombs. Comfort
room is allowed in the mausoleum.
