WHAT: DAILY RECAP OF SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS
DATE: NOVEMBER 8, 2022 (6:00 AM) TO NOVEMBER 9, 2022 (6:00 AM)

SIR, reported are the following incidents that transpired within our AOR;

A. CAVITE PPO - 6
1. Found Cadaver Alleged Drowning Incident-transpired at about 7:30 AM of
November 08, 2022 in Brgy. Sapa 2, Rosario Cavite. Victim was unidentified
male cadaver, without shirt, wearing brown short, more or less 5’ height and
upon initial checking there is no sign of injury possible victim of drowning
incident.
2. Shooting Incident - At about 6:45PM of November 08, 2022 in Block 10, Lot 6,
Likha Village, Molino 4, Bacoor City. Shooting incident transpired wherein the
victim was on his way home from buying a cigarette when an unidentified
suspect appeared out of nowhere and shot the victim and fled to unknown
direction. The victim rushed to Metro south Hospital but the latter succumbed to
death while being treated.
3. Violation of Sec 5, and 11 of RA 9165 - At about 6:30PM of November 08, 2022
in Brgy. Salitran 4 Dasmariñas City. Operatives of PDEU, Cavite PPO
conducted Anti-illegal Drugs Operation (Buy-bust) that resulted in the arrest of
the said suspect and confiscation of the following pieces of evidence: 1. Two (2)
pcs. of HSTP with white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing
MOL 25 grams with DDB street value amounting to Php 170,000.00; 2. One (1)
pc genuine five hundred peso bill (500) dusted money and Eight (8) pcs. fake
one thousand peso bill worth 8,500 boodle money used as buy-bust money;
Further, ARD was used during the said operation.
4. Stabbing Incident - At about 11:30 PM of November 07, 2022, a telephone call
received by Rosario MPS informing that a stabbing incident was transpired at
abovementioned place. Upon arriving at the scene, victim covered with his own
blood. Thereafter, the victim brought to the nearest hospital. Initial investigation
disclosed that the suspect (brother-in-law)and the victim had a past heated
argument and as a result while the suspect under the influence of liquor, he
went to the house of the victim and stab several times afterwards run to
unknown direction.
5. Robbery - Tagaytay CPS conducted patrolling at about 12:45 AM of the same
date, when intercepted the suspects while on the act of stealing PLDT copper
cable at the Manhole located along Tagaytay- Nasugbu Highway, Brgy
Maharlika East, Tagaytay City. Immediately, above named police officers called
the representative of PLDT wherein the above named-security officers identified
as Manuelito Reyes responded and told that the suspects are not
belong/employed by the PLDT. Hence, arrest was made and placed the
suspects under protective custody.
 6. Police response resulting in an Armed Confrontation (Carnapping) - At about
1:15 AM of 09 November 2022, Naic CPS received a telephone call from the
victim requesting police assistance regarding that his black Euro Sport
motorcycle is being driven away by an unidentified malefactor. Immediately
upon receipt, Duty TOC alerted all QRT’s particularly personnel manning the
OPLAN SITA established along Brgy. Timalan, Naic, Cavite. At about 1:20
AM of same date, QRT 3 chanced upon the subject motorcycle and when
accosted ignored the police officers. Responding police officer chased the
said suspect wherein the latter fired shots towards the police officers to elude
arrest. Exchange of fire ensued until suspect fell on the ground and dropped
his weapon. He was immediately brought at San Lorenzo Ruiz Hospital for
treatment but was pronounced dead-on-arrival by the attending physician
Dra. Alyssa De las Alas. Recovered from the crime scene are one (1) Euro
Sport motorcycle and one (1) revolver.

1. Voluntary Surrender of CTG member (Non-PSR listed) named Niña Agudes
Zonio @Ka Lian / @Ka Lean transpired at about 9:30 AM of November 8, 2022
at Purok 6, Brgy Calawis, Antipolo City, Rizal.

E. QUEZON PPO - 1
1. Frustrated Homicide - 9:15 PM Nov. 8, 2022 at Purok Katarungan, Brgy.
Tongohin, Infanta, Quezon. Stabbing incident transpired at the
aforementioned place wherein the victim brought to Claro M Recto Hospital
for medication. Investigation disçlosed that the victim was drinking spree on
the birthday occasion with the celebrant when the suspect arrived. At this
juncture, the suspect without apparent reason stabbed the victim. Victim
evade the attack of suspect and grabbed the knife which resulted lascerated
wound on his left hand.
