Please be advised that any deduction on the salary of the employee/s such as damages, lost, penalties,
advances and any related thereof must have a corresponding Authority to Deduct form duly signed and /
or acknowledged by the employee/s before the deduction.

All ATD/s must pass thru HRAD for recording and filing, HRAD will be responsible in forwarding the
ATD/s to the Payroll/Accounting Department.
