Subject : QR Code – Security Guard
Effective immediately, Roving Security Guard assigned at Yard and / or Plant are obliged to scan the QR
Code placed at designated area every two (2) hours from the start of their duty.

This is to check and monitor if the Security Guard were doing their task diligently.

Below are the areas wherein the QR Code were located;

Motorpool Bay 1 Barracks Motorpool Motorpool
Motorpool Bay 14 Diesel Area Backyard Right Area Silo Right Side
Warehouse (Inside) Parking Area Right Side Backyard Left Area Backyard Right Area
Warehouse (Back - Right) Extension Right Corner Barracks 1 (Back Area) Backyard Left Area
Warehouse (Back - Left) Extension Water Tank Barracks 2 (Gate Area) Silo Left Side
Barracks Extension Left Corner QC Area
Conference Inside Parking Area Left Side
Staff House

The Safety Officer will be given an access to the drive of the QR Code to check the compliance of the
Security Guard. He will submit a report twice (2) a day as follows;

9:00 am – coverage duty of 4:01 pm to 7:00 am


5:00 pm – coverage duty of 7:01 am to 4:00 pm

The report shall be submitted to the following;

M1 – Marie Christine Villarama


M2 – Agnes Sabariaga
Myard – Louie Elgin Sabariaga
Taguig – Pedro Castillejo Jr.

Any infraction from the side of the guard shall be immediately reported to the Security Agency for proper
action.
