QUESTION 1: What is your MBTI type? What is your Gregorc thinking style?

Do these
seem to accurately capture your personality and thinking style? Please explain.

Effective HR Personnel can have a distinct assessment of their strengths or weaknesses and
administer them efficiently. So, with this Personal Insight Assignment, I can be more conscious
of my internal aspects like traits, emotions, values, and perceptions. Moreover, this s Personal
Insight is also essential to recognize my blind spots which may impede my prospective career
outlook. My major in Human Resources Management in the Business Administration
Department as well as work experience as Grad IT Admin has helped me to complete the s
Personal Insight assignment and assisted me to redesign my job aspects or make career choices.
Moreover, Myers and Briggs test along with Gregorc's thinking style regarding my personality
facilitates me to brainstorm ideas and practices that are required to thrive in a managerial role.
QUESTION 2: What are your strengths and weaknesses?

When learning Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) (Smith, K.) & Gregorc's thinking style,
I came to the realization that I am one of those who make decisions based on feeling (F-58%)
and using imagination, emotional connection (Abstract Random) as I most often consider
people & emotions when arriving at a conclusion and also consider feedback from my peers and
teammates. Likewise, I am also willing to work and think holistically, capable of self-control,
and responsible. But when I am in learning mode, I prefer thinking (T-42%) as I tend to be
consistent, logical, and impersonal so from that perspective, I am an Abstract Sequential who
analyzes the situation and applies logic when weighing a decision so it helps me to see myself as
curious and perseverant [Intuitive (I-49%)]. Likewise, my multi-tasking capability in working
on group projects and my determination, inquisitiveness, & flexibility in the decision-making
process [judgung (J-67%)] for office case analysis projects, helped me to go beyond what’s
required by that existing work so here my preferred style is Concrete Random because of my
risk-taking attitude and divergent thinking style. Furthermore, I believe we are more than just
co-workers, as I give acknowledgment to my coworkers in the office and my teams in classes
who do their job well and I have confidence in my team members to the same degree that I
depend on myself to get projects completed on time so that I can bring harmony in my workplace
and establish a healthy relationship (Abstract Random). Similarly, I lean toward perceiving
(P-33%) as I am more open, flexible, and adaptable so that I can sustain a pleasant atmosphere
in my workplace and my coworkers feel more engaged & valued in their job but my flexibility
and adaptability often lead me to take on a substantial workload than I am capable of. In addition
to this, I am Extraverts (E-74%) or "outward-turning" and tend to be action-oriented, enjoy
more frequent social interaction, and feel energized after spending time with other people,
therefore I reach out to incorporate our new hires in my IT projects as they shadowed me in my
work for a month to get on-the-job training. As my peers experience successful socialization,
they begin to feel comfortable with their job demands, and work relationships (Abstract
Random), so they became more motivated, committed to the organization, and satisfied with
their job. Hence, I tend to be consistent, logical, and impersonal when weighing a decision
through my Thinking (T-42%) style which facilitates me to identify and respond to my OSU IT
team's needs for programmers and formulated the strategy for workforce planning by linking
those to the IT team’s goals.

QUESTION 3: What sort of organization would permit you to really leverage your
strengths and keep you highly engaged in your work?

My self-esteem reflects a motivation for recognition, an increase in responsibility, and credit

for my contribution to my dream career. To appraise my performance, and find the dream job
that I want. By gathering input from a variety of sources, I can develop a much broader and
richer understanding of myself that I can’t acquire from standard performance evaluation
solely. Every so often, I feel job stress when I am facing or experiencing extraordinary
demands, constraints, opportunities, and heavy workload but I am emotionally well-built to
handle stress strongly by way of holding assertive feelings of passion and spirit which helps
me to experience less anxiety in response to those stresses. Consequently, the fusion of my
master’s degree, my work experiences in that administrative job, and the assessment of my
personality tests like (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator & Gregorc's thinking style) help me to
set my potential career goals which are closely affiliated with my ambition.
As I am driven to accomplish great things, I would like to work for an organization that is
looking for (an exceptional Human Resource Information System Programmer & Business
Analysts) for an internal role in Human Resource Management Association and I believe it
would permit me to really leverage my strengths and keep me highly engaged in my work, in
addition to this, my work will be evaluated based on the quality, reliability, and timeliness of
information systems support for the performance of HR management and operations functions.
