B. DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES
Students must close their eyes when I lay out the shapes on the board. Everyone must
identify the shape that is missing when I take one away and command them to "open their
eyes."
When all hands are in the air and the shapes are spread out on the floor, I'll say, "Hands
up in the air." Once everyone has their hands raised, I'll say, "Touch the circle." Everyone
should rapidly touch (not slam) a circle.
PRESENTAION OF LESSON
I will start the lesson by showing a customized shapes (e.g. circle, triangle,
rectangle etc.) and other concrete materials.
I will also flash the lesson using canned presentation for showing the students
other objects or things that have shapes.
ACTIVITY NO.4
MATCHING SHAPES
For me to determine if they comprehend, I have prepared a worksheet for them to
answer. They will match each shape to its corresponding objects.
ACTIVITY NO.5 NAMING
SHAPES
For them to use what they've learned, students will have to circle the correct name of
each shape.
