Please note the following:

1. Further details regarding the event will be shared on your registered phone and email ID
closer to the event

2. Your takeaways (e-certificate, hardcopy or solar diya) as selected at the time of

registration will be provided to you within a month after the event

3. If you have opted for both the hardcopy and Solar Diya, the delivery may take longer than
usual, depending on the pandemic conditions

4. If you have registered through an organization, the logo of the organization shall appear
on your certificate

5. You can participate in the Solar Diya competition and get a chance to win prizes worth Rs.
50,000/-

6. If you have placed the order for Solar Diya, please note that they will be shipped after the
2nd October Event. We will keep you apprised of the same

7. The submission of the entries for the competition will start after 20th October 2020 and the
final date for submission is 20th November 2020

8. The entries for the competition will be valid only for the solar diya offered by the Energy
Swaraj Foundation only

9. There is no warranty on Solar Diya

10. Given the scale of the event, no changes in the name or other details will be entertained
