Important Instructions
1. Early Bird registration ends 1st July 2023. Early birds enjoy 10% discount on registration fee.
2. Payment will be done in PKR using the conversion rate of that day.
3. Mention your name on the receipt.
4. Email the receipt of your payment and your medical degree along with this form to
aarm.pakistan@gmail.com.
5. Registration will be confirmed via email.
6. If you do not receive a confirmation within 72 hours, call our helpline +92 320 4444 082.
7. Fellowship seats are limited. Seats will be allotted on ‘first come, first served’ basis.
8. Any hidden taxes/charges enforced by the bank will be borne by the applicant.
9. Last date to apply : 1st August 2023.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be done via email. Cancellations received before 1st August 2023, are subject to a charge
of 25% of the registration fees for administrative costs. From 1st August 2023 onwards, full payment will be
requested and refunds will not be provided. Replacements by colleagues, i.e. transfer of the registration at
no extra cost, are most welcome.
