Fault/ Defect Title: Chilled water dedicated pressurization system is not in operation and
malfunction.

Fault/ Defect Description: When the Chiller team carried out PPM inside the HVAC Pump room. They have
observed that the chilled water pressurization system is not in ready position as
all switches from control panel, isolator is in switch Off mode and the water piping
valves are isolated. This requires immediate rectification by the JV.

JV shall rectify and complete the T&C process of the pressurization system PSH JV 18.08.2020
and to put online as this vital to the chilled water line.

Root cause analysis shall be conducted on the above-mentioned defect, PSH JV 18.08.2020
corrective action shall be derived and implemented
