7.Self-instruction
Since graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 2005, I have been sailing in sea
going vessels for 16 years. I grew up step by step from a cadet to a chief engineer
stably, not fast but not slow.
Base on many years sailing in sea going vessels, I am familiar with most of marine
engineering equipment, facilities and machineries. I am good at PMS and trouble
shooting on site according to manuals or maker instructions. I am interesting in
crew training beside. I have strong commitment to ensure the safe of human's life
and protection of the marine environment as a head of the engine department. Be
sailing in oil/chemical tankers, I am familiar with oil major inspection and CDI
inspection。
I was in charge of the Drydocking ship’s overhaul serveral times, fully understand
the procedures in shipyard. Experience on dry docking operations and various
repair work in JSML shipyard Singapore, JiangYin Cheng Xi shipyard, ZheJiang
Zhoushan IMCYYshipyard in China for Product and Chemical tankers.

Also I Have experience as Chief Engineer on hand over new ship in CSI Guangzhou.
I do have confidence to face any new challenges because that 14 years life
ongoing. Oil/ chemical takers makes me never be afraid of difficulties. I believe that
hard working and modestly studying will help me to be competent for the job.

Personal Skills
 Effective communicator fluent in Chinese and English.
 Have excellent liaison and interpersonal skills. Able to relate to people at
all levels and also lead by example. Has a friendly nature and polite
manner integral to good personal relations.
 Have good planning skills necessary to co-ordinate workload and work to
priorities in a multi task environment with multiple nationalities.
 Possess excellent work ethics and has a professional approach to all
obligations and responsibilities. Task orientated, resourceful and
commercially aware.
 Other personal qualities include dedication, commitment to work, honesty,
reliability, willingness to work hard and enthusiasm to learn.
 Have been constantly keeping abreast of the latest developments and
changing trends in the marine field.

My Objective :
To optimize my skills and experience as Technical supervisor and as a Marine
Engineer and superintendent. My life needs change for me also my family.
