The practical exercise shall be carried out and performed individually. The student

The vessel is set to arrive to her port of call (Southampton VTS). The OOW must
now call the Southampton VTS on VHF ch. 12 and report arrival ship particulars.

The instructor must act as the Southampton VTS and the student must act as the
OOW.
