2/14/22 Whole group coaching session with 2nd grade teachers on 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 3.1,
– Adobe Express (Post). This program will allow students to 3.2, 3.3

Reflection: This coaching session was awesome! All the teachers were excited and eager to learn about
Canva. I started with the basics and had them create something. I could tell that they were beginning to
feel more confident with the program since they were creating something.
3/7/22- Support teachers with implementation. Observe teachers in 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.8, 3.1,
3/25/22 their lessons working towards the objectives. [25 hours] 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5

Reflection: I was able to observe all 4 teachers within the month of March. I noticed that the students were
very engaged when using tech tools to create original works of learning. The students were excited and
eager to learn. The teachers seemed more confident than they did in January. The teachers tried to
troubleshoot issues that occurred.
3/28/22- Mid-Year survey on confidence and implementation of 1.1, 2.8, 4.1, 4.2, 6.3
4/1/22 technology within the classroom. Analyze the results of the 1a, 2h, 4a, 4.b, 6c
survey and adjust coaching strategies to support teachers.
Research new best practices if needed [8 hours]
Reflection: After creating and sending out the midpoint check survey; I analyzed the information. I
noticed that teacher confidence went up. Teachers feel more comfortable with using technology in the
classroom.
4/11/22 Whole group coaching session on collaboration through 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 3.1,
– OneDrive and PowerPoint. Discuss issues that have occurred. 3.2, 3.3
4/12/22 [2 hours] 1b, 2a, 2b, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3a, 3b, 3c
Reflection: During this session, we discussed having students collaborate using Microsoft OneDrive and
PowerPoint. I coached them on how to share projects and access them through Microsoft Office 365. We
started to plan our upcoming assignments and were able to pick a project for the students to collaborate
and present on.
4/18/22 Classroom observations on students using tools to create 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.8, 3.1,
– original works of learning. [30 hours] 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5

Reflection: Wow! I was blown away by how well these lessons went. They were spread out over multiple
weeks, so that students could go through the process – research, brainstorming, and working on their
presentation. The teachers did this with ease!! They were confident and even had the students helping one
another.
5/18/22- Create, send, and analyze final check-in survey. [4 hours] 1.1, 2.8, 4.1, 4.2, 6.3

Reflection: After creating and sending out the final check survey; I analyzed the information. I noticed
that teacher confidence went up. Teachers feel more comfortable with using technology in the classroom.
This data was proven with the observations done.
5/24/22 Meet with 2nd grade teachers to discuss learning experience. 1.1, 2.8, 4.1, 4.2, 6.3
[1 hour] 1a, 2h, 4a, 4.b, 6c
Reflection: The 2nd grade teachers were so excited about all that they’ve done. They feel that they are
capable and excited to continue to use technology in their classroom.
