Predictions- Economy and Politics
In economy according to the economy world forum magazine all products will have
become services
“nothing belongs to me. I do not have a car. I do not own my house. I have no
appliances or clothes,” writes danish mp ida auken. In the city of 2030, shopping is a
distant memory; its inhabitants have found the clean energy solution and borrow what
they need. For the monopoly of the countries
Politics
/ Hans Morgenthau wrote: “International relations is something that should not be taken
for granted, but rather something that must be understood and modified and, more
specifically, modified beyond the current limits of its political structure and organization.
And it is here, in fact, where lies the maximum theoretical and practical justification for
our interest in a theory of international relations.
In the current field of international relations there are several general frameworks that
attempt to explain its operation and, to varying degrees, contribute to efforts to advance
beyond the apparent limits of the current system. These approaches provide a series of
views of the world, among which the best known is the realistic view.
Realism has established the limits of the discipline, which has meant that international
relations have traditionally dealt with the study of relations between states. The concept
of the world presented by realists is easy to understand. Rational, calculating and self-
serving states are the most important agents in a non-hierarchical international system.
State survival strategies are based on accumulating power and forming alliances
against any state that threatens to upset the established balance of power. The game is
called power politics, and it is a zero-sum game. That is, the gain of one State means
the loss of another. Furthermore, in conditions of scarcity and international anarchy,
morality is considered the folly of a statesman.
I am under no illusion that morality and peace are possible without a just global central
authority or benevolent hegemony. Given the powerful and innate survival instincts and
behavioral stimuli, philosophers over the centuries have recognized that some kind of
central authority is necessary to prevent/arbitrate conflicts and ensure justice, security,
peace and justice. prosperity. International relations scholars are among the most
recent actors attempting to grapple with these problems and offer advice to states in
their mutual relations.

Jobs
They are not mediums nor do they read the tarot: This is The Future of Jobs Reports
2020 Report delivered by the World Economic Forum this October, which, based on the
analysis of the current economic crisis caused by the coronavirus, surveys more than
300 business leaders and data from HR and jobs platforms, projects what the future of
work looks like by 2025.
Automation at work as a result of the pandemic: Those who still resisted the automation
of work in their companies, surely in 2020 they changed their minds due to the health
and economic crisis. Indeed, globally, 50% of employers will accelerate automation in
their companies, and 80% are willing to expand the digitization of their work processes,
which translates into the possible extinction of some positions and many others that will
require of new skills to stay functional.
Machines will occupy half of the jobs: Almost half of the current jobs will be occupied by
machines in 2025 because of automation: rising from a current 33%, to a projected 47%
for that year. Therefore, what currently represents 67% of the human workforce will be
reduced to 53%.
Reduction of the workforce: According to the report, 43% of the companies surveyed
worldwide are prepared to reduce their workforce due to the integration of new
technologies in their production processes; 41% plan to hire freelance specialist
professionals, and only 34% intend to generate new jobs due to the adoption of new
technologies. They even project that in this evolution they will reach 85 million jobs lost
because they are considered obsolete, but that at the same time 97 million jobs related
to the management of machinery and artificial intelligence will arise, whether they are
completely new, or already existing jobs that will experience significant transformations,
requiring new skills.
The need for re-training and job reconversion will increase: As a consequence of the
above points, the need to adapt to new job challenges will become urgent, in fact, 50%
of those who manage to keep their jobs over the next 5 years , you will need to take
training courses that allow them to consolidate their basic skills and obtain new ones. In
this way, employers plan to update skills and train 70% of their workforces by 2025.
