3. Philosophy is about understanding and analyzing the question in order
to come up an answer, because the term philosophy was applied by
ancient Greeks to the study or discipline that uses human reason to
investigate the causes, reasons, and principles which govern all
things.
4. The greatness of Philosophy lies in perpetual questioning.
5. A person who philosophizes is liberated from historical, sociological,
and psychological encapsulation, determination and conditioning.
6. Man’s nature as homo viator (man on the way), he finds
herself/himself incomplete.
7. Philosophical Reflection allows you an opportunity to think more
deeply about your action, your motivation for doing such an action,
and even its possible consequences.
8. A person who philosophizes asks deep questions.

REFLECTION
Being an imaginative, creative, and a bit of a theorist, I discovered that
weaving stories and and playing with words are my utmost strength. I am
an over thinker and have a habit of altering questions in my mind, that I
try to think of all possible counters for every question I altered. I have
applied this once for the debate in our class and i can humbly say that it
did us good but it wasn’t just because of that. On the other hand because
of these habits I sometimes become aloof which set a boundary between
me and the real world; me being an over thinker also elevate my anxious
thoughts-I consider these two as my weaknesses. The best ways to
improve my strength is to put dedication in practice, research, and
patience. To work on my weaknesses, I must first embrace that I have
these to fully accept my flaws. I think I will need interactive skills to
work on my weaknesses since it influence how I socialize. Understanding
oneself can pave the way to self-acceptance because in this way we can
have better perception on why we are the way we are: why do we have
this flaws and how can we progress from this; how can I be a better
person; and we can also grow from it because we’re no longer trapped,
for self-acceptance also mean letting go or liberty from. Understanding
oneself can also pave the way for better relationship with others, because
through this we can reflect how we treat people. We will discover if
we’ve been treating others right; tried enough to engage with others or
etc. After this self-reflection we now have the chance to improve our
relationship with others.

ANALYSIS

nakikipagtalastasan.

ORAL COMMUNICATION
A. ACTIVITY
2. Communication partakes two or more people, in this the message
travels not just in one way and all parties involved have the rights to
make their own opinions. Therefore the success of communication
relies on proper consensus of the parties involved.

Example of Communication:
Sassa was anxious in entering grade 11, so she thought of a way how to
prepare for it. She called her friend May, “Hey, would you like to study
together?” May, who shares the same apprehension answered, “Yeah, I
would love that. I was planning to ask you actually.” “Yeah, that’s great
tommorow then, at eight?” Sasha engaged. “Yeah sure, see you.”May
replied, and the call ended.

4. Choose who you’re going to call: tap dialpad to enter a phone
number, tap contacts to select a saved contact, tap recent to select
from numbers you’ve recently recalled, and to select contact from
your favorites list, tap favorites.
5. When you’ve picked who to call, tap the call button.
6. When you’re done with the call, tap the end call button to end the
call.

B. ANALYSIS
1. Communication comes from the Latin word communicare, which
means "to share." It is the exchange of information between different
people. It entails the exchange of thoughts, ideas, concepts,
imaginations, behaviors, and written content. Communication is
simply the transfer of information from one location to another.
2. When a sender expresses an emotion or feeling, generates an idea, or
senses the need to communicate, communication occurs. When the
sender makes a conscious or unconscious decision to share the
message with another person—the receiver—the communication
process begins.
3. Communication aids in better understanding people by removing
misunderstandings and promoting clarity of thought and expression. It
also teaches people. It bridges the gap between individuals and groups
by allowing information and understanding to flow between them.
Information is the most important aspect of communication.

B.
 Communication functions in five ways: control, social
interaction, motivation, emotional expression, and information
dissemination. In control, we communicate with controlled
behavior; Communication is used to interact with others in social
interaction; communication is used to motivate or encourage
people to live better in motivation; In emotional expression
communication facilitates people’s expression of their feelings
and emotions; and in information dissemination function to
convey information. In nature, communication is a process;
occurs between two or more people (the speaker and the
listener); and can be expressed through written or spoken words,
actions, or both spoken words and non verbal actions at the same
time. For the process of communication, it is divided in six steps.
First, speaker generates an ides. Second, the speaker encodes an
idea or convert it into words or actions. Third, that the speaker
transmits or sends out a message to the receiver. Fourth, receiver
gets the message. Fifth, the receiver decodes or interpret the
message based on the context. Lastly, in sixth, the receiver sends
or provides feedback.

SCIENCE
ACTIVITY 1
1. I considered landing in planet 4.
2. I choose planet four because it seems to be the closest planet to have
the necessities that humans need to survive. Active volcanoes and
seismic activity was detected, to which it can transport and replenish
the chemicals required by living organisms. Albeit H2o is not present
in the atmosphere, it has nitrogen that is needed by living organisms
and and most importantly oxygen-which is vital for our body because
with oxygen can obtain energy to fuel all our living processes. And I
will be needing a lot of energy to fix my spaceship. Also, it has ozone
layers that can protect me from UV rays of the sun.
ASSESSMENT 1
 The activity shows that earth has the essentials needed by humans to
survive. It is closest to the sun but oxygen and carbon dioxide is
present in the atmosphere that enables us to be protected from the
sun’s radiation, unlike other planets. It also has a moderate average
temperature of 15dc, that is perfect for us because the human body
can only survive 37 c. up to 42.3 c. Earth is also the only planet, as I
observed, where water is present in all three states. Not all planets
have moon but with earth it has one natural satellite that  influences
our oceans, weather, and the hours in our days. Lastly geological
activity is present in Earth, which is not the same case for other
planets, it reduces the heat inside the planet; and transport and
replenish the chemicals required by living organisms, and in return
gives continues life for living organisms that humans need to survive.
ACTIVITY 2
1. Atmosphere- Meteor (a matter) burns up in atmosphere, particularly
in mesosphere, due to the presence of gases friction is created and
heat (a form of energy) is generated causing meteoroids to burn in
atmosphere.
2. Biosphere- During the photosynthesis process, plants (living matter)
absorb sunlight and use that energy to produce glucose from carbon
dioxide and water; glucose is the food that plants can use as a source
of energy for growth.
3. Geosphere- The Sun's energy moves the wind and water on Earth's
surface with enough force to break rocks into sand and other types of
sediment.
4. Hydrosphere- On the iceberg (solid matter) surface, warm air (carry
heat energy) melts snow and ice into pools called melt ponds.
GUIDE QUESTIONS:
1. Biosphere, The biosphere provides the environmental conditions
required for survival. Living organisms must adapt to their
surroundings in the biosphere. The biosphere supports biodiversity
within ecosystems while also serving as a reliable source of food on
the planet.
2. No, because each subsystems are connected. For example, biosphere
is made up of all living organisms and is inextricably linked to the
other three spheres: most living organisms require gases from the
atmosphere, water from the hydrosphere, and nutrients and minerals
from the geosphere. If one of the subsystem is absent, then life on
earth would cease to exist.
ASSESSMENT 2
Man has altered the atmosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere, and geosphere
and many ways. These alteration have also caused quite a number of
detriment for our earth system as whole. First, human-caused pollution
impacting the atmosphere. CFC is one of the leading caused of pollution
worldwide, every man made processes with CFC have accumulated our
atmosphere with carbon dioxide, methane and other gasses that
engendered ozone layer depletion. Second, Humans have a wide range of
effects on the physical environment, including overpopulation, pollution,
the use of fossil fuels, and deforestation. These types of changes have
resulted in climate change, soil erosion, poor air quality, and undrinkable
water. Third, Humans have had a significant impact on the hydrosphere
and will continue to do so based on population needs. Global climate
change, water pollution, river damming, wetland drainage, stream flow
reduction, and irrigation have all put strain on the hydrosphere's existing
freshwater systems. Fourth, pollution is never absent in all subsystem, but
mass mining is also the most prominent caused of detriment in geosphere.
All of these have altered have fundamentally altered earth’s system.
Studies have been conducted and four major changes have occurred:
unprecedented species homogenization around the world as a result of
human-instigated species invasions; increasing interaction between the
biosphere - the sum of all Earth's ecosystems - and technology; total
dominance of one species on land and water; and human impact on the
evolution of other species. Our technology’s increasing interaction with
biosphere, if it becomes unstable, may lead to mass extinction on living
things including mankind.
