Group Case Work Task List – Posted Spring 2022 – work-in-progress until Due date June 9 6:00 pm AST

1. Meet with group members in MSTeams making introductions and familiarize with collaborating
within the group environment. Utilize the collaborative Word document as a brainstorming
document to insert ideas via comments (per member) and create other files as necessary such
as meeting notes (or minutes), task lists (who does what) etc.
2. Create meetings in MSTeams and utilize the recording option. This provides excellent
collaboration and software experience.
3. The case name will be posted on the course Moodle.
4. Each group member must read the case to prepare for the group meetings and draft notes.
5. Use the template below as a working document within your group in TEAMS. This is a WORD
file that is to be shared with the group members with tracking turned on and left on. The
tracking version of the file showing comments must be saved and submitted to Turnitin and
emailed directly to me. The template permits group members to add statements to the sections
as required. Enter clear concise statements in bulleted and or numbered form as presented in
the template. These statements evolve from the brainstorming sessions and group meetings
and should be on-going until the submission date of the analysis. This with tracking off and
changes saved is the core of the final document to be submitted with the addition of title page,
references, appendix items (A - meeting report, B - brainstorming collaborative document [this
form is with tracking on).
