Dear Blueshell Board of Directors,

I am glad that this year was a very tough one but still we managed to hit more sales margin
than we did last year. I would like to give so many thanks to Miss Moyo, Miss Masawi and
Mr Nyamagodo for the tireless efforts and time they invested in Bluerose Perfumes project
which was our core project for this year.

Regarding our performance as compared to the standard we were all quite below and it was
understood that we had some commitments to attend to which required our undivided
attention. Since we are a progressing Company i am sure that we are all aware that starting
from the year 2023 it will be critically important for us to invest 1 full hour for every 24
hours through the whole year. This will allow us to decide whether Blueshell shares should
remain private or public as we will be awarded shares based on TIME, MONEY and
EFFORT.

The Human resources management team lead by Dr Nyamagodo reported the departure of
Mr Garanewako and also the need for his replacement as soon as possible therefore we
managed to bring in Mr Brooklyn, Mr Tafadzwa and Mr John. They have been interviewed
and they will be officially introduced to the operations at the beginning of the year 2023.Mr
Dhambe and Mr Muzorava will be inactive up to the year 2024 due to some considerations
made by the board

The secretary office had been ineffective recently due to Miss Moyo’s situation about her full
time commitment to her new job. However the team will pardon her ineffectiveness and give
her an allowance to make up her time table.

The meeting held on Saturday was about informing the shareholders that the business has
managed to print t-shirts as gifts for its members and is now working on the gift hampers
project which going to be lead by Dr P Nyamagodo.

The company new terms and policies will be published on the end of November and the
Business will be holding its annual General meeting on the 19th of December 2022.

Christmas and a prosperous happy new year of 2023!.
