 

Introduction

 The “Cab Sharing System in Real Time” provides a service for sharing
the cab during travel. In this system one or more person can be share the
cab at a time with very low cost and in efficient manner and flexible time.

 The “Cab Sharing System in Real Time” has been developed to override
the problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is
supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardships faced by
this existing system. Moreover this system is designed for the particular
need of the company to Carried out operations in a smooth and effective
manner.

 The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while

entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid
data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus
by this all it proves it is user-friendly. Cab Sharing System in Real Time,
as described above, can lead to error free, Secure, reliable and fast
System in Real Time. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other
activities rather to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help
organization in better utilization of resources.
Nature of the Project

 Cab Sharing System in Real Time is to automate the existing manual

system by the help of computerized equipment’s and full-fledged
computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable
data / information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing
and manipulation of the data.

 The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to work
with.

 Cab Sharing System in Real Time can lead to error free, secure, reliable
and fast System in Real Time.

 It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities rather to

concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better
utilization of resources.

 The organization can maintain computerized records without redundant

entries. That means that one need not be distracted by information that is
not relevant, while being able to reach the information.
Statement of the Problem and Hypothesis

 Every organization, whether big or small, has challenges to overcome and

managing the information of Customer, Cab, Booking, Destination, and
Payment providing security during travel.

 Every Cab Sharing System in Real Time has different Cab needs; therefore
we design exclusive employee System in Real Times that are adapted to your
managerial requirements.

 This is designed to assist in strategic planning, and will help you ensure that
your organization is equipped with the right level of information and details
for your future goals. Also, for those busy executive who are always on the
go, our systems come with remote access features, which will allow you to
manage your workforce anytime, at all times. These systems will ultimately
allow you to better manage resources.

 This system is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardships
faced by this existing system.
Aims and Objectives

 The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of

computerized equipment’s and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling
their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored
for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same.
Basically the project describes how to manage for good performance and
better services for the clients.

 Cab Sharing System in Real Time, as described above, can lead to error
free, Secure, reliable and fast System in Real Time.

 Maintain computerized records without redundant entries. That means

that one need not be distracted by information that is not relevant, while
being able to reach the information.

 The main objective of the Project on Cab Sharing System in Real Time is
to manage the details of Cab, Customer, Share, Booking, and Payment. It
manages all the information about Cab, Destination, Payment, and Cab.
The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the
administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to
build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the
Cab, Customer, Destination, and Share.

 It tracks all the details about the Share, Booking, and Payment.
Review of Literature

 It achieves the following:

o Every organization, whether big or small, has challenges to

overcome and managing the information of Customer, Cab,
Booking, Destination, and Payment.

o Every person cannot afford the own cars or any other vehicles so
this system can help to reduce the stress of his travel or tour plan.

o Today world facing environmental problems so this system can

helps to reduce the environmental pollution.

o This System provide Security to every person specially women’s

and children.

o Today existing system cannot helps fully automated system to

control your tour safety. So we feel this feature should be
improved.

o This system provides women safety first and others and any no
other system provide better solution for women safety.
Proposed Methodology/ Architecture

 Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Cab,

Share, Booking, Payment.

 Cab Sharing System also manages the Destination details online for
Booking details, Payment details, Cab.

 It tracks all the information of Customer, Destination, and Booking etc.

 Manage the information of Customer.

 Shows the information and description of the Cab, Share.

 To increase efficiency of managing the Cab, Customer.

 It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Booking.

 Manage the information of Cab.

 Improved Security features for women’s, children and other (Ex.

Emergency Number, Share Journey detail to His/her Known Person).
  Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in
proper resource management of Cab data.

Existing Methodology / Architecture
