PTTEP Sabah Oil Limited (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) hereby invite you to bid for
the above tender.

The ITB Document is sent by e-mail to Bidder’s registered e-mail address.

Proposal (electronic copy) shall be submitted in strict compliance to the requirements of the ITB
Document.

Bidder’s submission must be received by 1500 hours, 23 July 2021 (the Bid Closing Date) in
electronic copy format as per Instruction for Proposal Submission During MCO.

All communication with regard to bid clarification or queries of any portion of the ITB Document
shall be in writing and must indicate the ITB reference number and description send to email
Secretary_TC1@pttep.com (please state the tender number P20024 in the e-mail subject
heading).

Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
