1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
EQ Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd (EnQuest) has engaged KMZ ENERGY SDN BHD (KESB) jointly
with SPC DIATECH LLC (Diatech) to conduct inspection service utilizing Phonon Diagnostic Technique
(PDT) for eight (8) pressure vessels located at Seligi Alpha platform as shown in Table 1. Phonon
Diagnostic Technique (PDT) inspection detects the Phonon Energy and identifies the Phonon-Active Area
(PhAA) that occurs in crystalline material / object. The inspection was performed on-line and without
interrupting the operation.

2. INTRODUCTION
EQ Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd (EnQuest) has engaged KMZ ENERGY SDN BHD (KESB) jointly
with SPC DIATECH LLC (Diatech) to conduct inspection services utilizing Phonon Diagnostic Technique
(PDT) for eight (8) pressure vessels at Seligi Alpha platform. The PDT inspection was executed from 16 th
December 2021 to 19th December 2021 by a team comprising of one (1) Field Engineer and two (2) PDT
Specialists as shown in Table 3. The PETs were then installed, and data gathering was performed for about 2
hours for each pressure vessel.
