Generations of cameras from higher to lower in terms of capture quality

Picture quality and size are better with 8K to 4K.

But no matter the quality of video, it will still be stepped down to 4K HD or FHD when streaming.

So for a church broadcast , it is best to go for 4K camera.

Sony and Panasonic has other similar models for broadcast but the difference in quality and function are
the same or slightly. But the best cameras I have used for broadcast and can recommend are these 2.

BEST CINEMA 4K CAMERAS

Cinema cameras are not necessary made for broadcast but some prefer to go for it because their
pictures are much crispier with rich colors. They are mostly used for music videos and movies. However
they have short battery life span and limited cable connection options. Apart from Sony and JVC brands
that have options for variety of cable connections , others will need other supporting adapters to
enable you use them for broadcast. In some instances some chose to mix cinema cameras with
broadcast Camera s based on positioning of the cameras.

My personal view is that irrespective of the qualities and price of these cameras , we choose them based
on what type of shots we are looking for and how best we can manipulate them to get the best out of
them.

So for instance, red camera is far better than Blackmagic camera, but I will go for black magic because I
know how to use it to get the quality of Red. Though the black magic is cheaper compared to Red, a
good director can achieve Reds results with blackmagic
My advice is that we go for cinema Cameras for CLOSE UP SHOTS, CENTER OR SHOTS THAT FOCUS
STAGE AND ON THE PREACHER.

Then any of the broadcast camcorders can handle WIDE SHOTS.
