1. Are teacher leaders important?

 Being a leader means you have followers and in a classroom setting teacher is the leader
and the students are the follower. It is important that teachers have leadership skills
because it will enhance the instructional quality of the teacher. Enhanced teacher
leadership produces intermediary outcomes that improve teaching and learning. It will
create positive learning relationships between teachers and students and among
students and establishes classroom routines and expectations that effectively direct
student energy.
2. Who are the teachers that you consider as leaders?

 I consider teachers as leaders if they make themselves as role model for their students
and if they lead by example in the way they act, speak, and behave. Teacher leader also
display honesty in all of their interactions with the stakeholders. They are also
trustworthy and can be counted on to produce quality work. Last is if they have the
ability to educate, enable, persuade and inspire, enlighten and empower their students.

3. What do you consider as their remarkable traits that make them leaders?

 Integrity, commitment, strong communication skills, expertise,


courage, discernment, focus, generosity, initiative, passion, positive
attitude, problem-solving abilities, and responsible are the
remarkable traits that make a teacher a leader.
4. As a future teacher, how will you make yourself a leader in your own right?

 Anyone can be a leader because it is a mindset. The first thing that I will do is to view
myself as a leader. To make myself a leader I must be a good communicator, I should
prioritize listening over speaking and seeking to understand different perspectives. Last
is I need to learn to listen respectfully, consult with others, work as part of a team, and
take responsibility for their actions.
