How Unban your HWID

What will I need?

● Clean USB (4gb - 8gb)
● Revo Uninstaller
● Knowing the model of your motherboard

First we need to know what type of ban you are facing. Please attempt to load the game and
double check which ban it was. If you are receiving Val 5 error code then you have been
account banned. This form of ban can be administered immediately or in a delay meaning
you can get banned upwards of a week later even if you stopped using cheats. If you have
encountered Van 152 then you are HWID banned and will need to follow this document to
unban your PC/laptop.

Uninstalling Valorant
What is an uninstaller? An uninstaller is a program or tool that is part of an application
bundle used with Windows operating systems (OS). It allows a user to safely uninstall an
application by running a program and following a series of prompts that warn users about the
application's removal.

1. Download Revo Uninstaller here: https://www.revouninstaller.com

2. After it has been downloaded use Revo’s setup tool to begin using the uninstaller.

3. You will need to uninstall Valorant. Below is an example of what it will look like.

 4. Locate Valorant and right click to uninstall. Make sure you use Revo’s advanced
scanning option to locate ALL of Valorants files. Delete everything Valorant or Riot
Vanguard related.

How to Flash Bios

The first thing you need to do is go to the website of your motherboard manufacturer and
look for the page that offers support/bios & driver update files.They should have your BIOS
version. When you find the bios file relevant to your computer, download it. Typically it
comes in two files both in a zip.

1. Go to the file. If it is a ZIP or compressed file, extract the contents using your
Windows ZIP software. There will most likely be one .txt file and another file being
a .exe.

2. The other file or files (.txt file(s) in the compressed folder are likely directions. Look
carefully through any files named “Read Me” or similar. They will give you additional
directions for updating the BIOS, specific to your manufacturer.

3. The Read Me file should give tips for which outside storage device to save the BIOS
file to. A USB is a common choice. Plug the USB into the back of your PC. There
should be a port named “bios” or “Q-flash”, after plugging the USB into this port save
the BIOS file to the USB.

4. Ensure that your computer will have power throughout this sequence or that your
laptop is fully charged and plugged in. Now you will need to restart your PC or laptop.

5. Immediately upon restarting, spam the BIOS screen by pressing the key indicated by
the manufacturer’s instructions for a BIOS update. This may be F2, Delete, F8, Esc,
or another key. You will see the hot key prompt when you are booting the PC.

6. Once in the BIOS screen, start the update process depending on your computer
brand. For many, you will access the Boot tab and ensure your USB thumb drive
shows up as an option. Enable any “Flash” options in the menu before selecting
Start. Some computers will detect the flash drive upon entering the BIOS Boot Menu
and will prompt you to update automatically. Follow the steps to complete the
process. Below is an example of what the bios may look like to give you a rough
idea. At the end of this document there are links you can copy and paste into
YouTube for a more in depth understanding of what different bios’ look like.

7. The BIOS flash can take a few minutes or up to a few hours. It is all dependent on
your device. Once the BIOS update is complete, your computer will automatically
restart. It is very important not to disrupt power to the computer. Any interruption can
corrupt the BIOS and make your computer inoperable.

Congratulations! You have just flashed your bios. Now you’ll need to spoof

How to Spoof
1. Download the newest version of the spoofer in the discord.

 Note: Under no circumstances use an older version of the spoofer unless directed by
admin or support staff.

2. Run the spoofer as admin and follow the screen prompts. Login to the spoofer using
your spoofer key which was provided to you in a purchase ticket or dm.

3. Press 2 to start the spoofing process.

Note: The spoofer may tell you that spoofing was unsuccessful. DO not interfere with
the spoofer, allow the spoofer to continue running until it restarts your PC or laptop.

4. Once the spoofer has restarted your PC/laptop you are free to reinstall Valorant
normally through the Riot games website.
