ASSETS / PROPERTY GUILDELINES 1, Muhamed gate Bin @treyandli NRICPassport No AUW2_- (4-5 understand that in consideration to the assignment based in 5 gu (‘Customer’), the Customer may provide asset / ‘equipment / tool (eg 1Pa¥,ISptop, notebook, ID tag, headset, locker key, car stickers and etc- collectively known as “Property’) to me, | hereby agrees and undertakes the following: The Property will nly be used for oficial work related purposes; | accept the responsibil for reasonable care and security to protect it against loss, damage and theft All Property provided shall remain as the property ofthe Customer and it must be returned upon resignation / termination of the assignment, The Property must be used in accordance with all applicable company information technology security policy, rules, reguiations, direction and instruction from time to time; The property must be kept in good condition and repair (feir wear and tear expected) and will be liable forthe costs and expenses of maintaining and repairing the Property; Should there be any of the Property become damage, fauity, missing or robbed, you must immediately report to your superior The Customer/Employer, atts discretion, may charge an amount equivalent to the market value to me due to any loss and / or damage form my omission, carelessness or negligence; All property must be retumed to the Customer prior to the release of final salary payment. The Employer reserve the right to deduct my final salary at a reasonable amount if filed to retum the Property.
