The humble petition on behalf of

the
petitioner above named most
respectfully begs to state as follows:-
1. That the petitioner is a car driver but currently jobless.
2. That O.P is the wife of the petitioner & the petitioner has filed
divorce in family court At Vijayapura Karnataka and the case
number is 47/2020.
3. That accordingly, the O.P Member keep harassing the petitioner
and his family members, by demanding 5 lakh cash and 10 grams
gold.
4. That accordingly, the O.P member is saying that if the petitioner
will not fulfill her demands then she will file serval false cases of
498 A, Domestic Violence, Rape and many more against the
petitioner and his family members even after she is not living with
the petitioner and his family from past 3 years (2019-Till Date).
5. That the O.P member also saying that she will either kill the
petitioner or will commit suicide just to drag him in false cases. The
O.P members, in course of her aforesaid evil act are now regularly
giving out threats that she will implicate the petitioner in certain
false criminal cases of heinous nature. She also openly gave out
that she will avail of the advantage of being a lady and will put the
petitioner in unnecessary harassment.
6. That therefore, petitioner has got every apprehension of the fact
that the O.P member by her evil acts may implicate the petitioner
in certain false criminal cases. Hence this petition by way of prior
intimation to this honorable court for future reference.

It is therefore prayed that this

 And the same may kindly be kept
on record for future reference.
