The humble petition on behalf of

the Applicant Named above;
Most Respectfully Sheweth:-
1. That the applicant is Law abiding and peace loving person. He
retired recently from the post of teacher in Bihar Government.
2. That applicant is a widower and lives with his two sons
Prashant (Aged about 31 years) and Nishant (Aged about 30
years).
3. That Opposite Party is parityakta lady and has a daughter.
4. That the Applicant gave shelter to opposite party and her
daughter in his house on humanitarian ground.
5. That the applicant’s two unemployed sons are his liability but
for the sake of humanity he helps the opposite party morally and
financially.
4. That Opposite Party is a quarrelsome lady and is of sadist
nature. She behaves as a dictator and always pressurizes the
Applicant and his sons to follow her dictates. And whoever
opposes her she threatens him of implicating in false cases.
5 That about five months ago Applicants two sons married against
the wishes of Applicant. Opposite Party seized this Opportunity
and influenced the Applicant to sign some blank papers
pretending to save him from his son’s ill wishes. The Applicant
signed those papers in good faith.
6. That now the Opposite Party has threatened the Applicant that
she will implicate him in false cases unless he nominate her as his
wife in his pension documents. Opposite Party is also
pressurizing the Applicant to transfer his only residential house in
the name of Opposite Party. And on refusal she threatened to
implicate him and his sons in false cases.
7. That in view of the circumstances mentioned above the
applicant and his entire family is terrorized and feel insecure to be
implicated in false and frivolous cases.
It is, therefore, prayed to place this
application on record and do the
needful so that it can help the
applicant and his family in future.

And for this the Applicant shall ever pray.
