The humble Surrender-cum-Bail application

on behalf of the accused persons
under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. ;

Most Respectfully Sheweth:---

1. That vide order dated 4-8-2022 passed in Criminal
Miscellaneous Case No. 8999 of 2022 (web copy of the
order attached) Hon’ble Patna High Court has directed
that both the accused persons Ravi Kumar @ Pappu and
Rajesh kumar be released on bail in the in the event of
their arrest or surrender.
2. That in the light of abovementioned direction both the
accused persons are surrendering before this Hon’ble
Court today and are ready to abide by the terms and
conditions laid down by the Hon’ble Patna High Court or
this Hon’ble Court. Sureties are ready and present before
this Hon’ble Court.
It is, therefore, prayed that Your
Honour graciously be pleased to
 release both the accused persons
on bail after furnishing bail bonds
of the required amount.
And for this the accused persons will ever pray.
