Date of occurrence---12-9-2023 and is continuing since then.

Most Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That the applicant is Law abiding and peace loving
person. He works in a private company as Business
 Development Head. That complainant lives with his
family at Village Nazirpur Akharaghat in his ancestral
house built on ancestral land

2. That the Accused is a land mafia dealing specially in

Church Properties. He operates from Arrah, Ranchi and other
cities of India.
3. That the Complainant was introduced to the Accused by
Hemant who happens to be one of the directors of the
company where the Complainant works.
4. That the Accused influenced the applicant and developed
affinity with him.
5. That recently Opposite Party asked the Applicant to help
him financially. The applicant gave Rs.33000 (rupees thirty-
three thousand) to O.P. on 27-5-2023 at 10:19 P.M. through
online mode (Google Pay).
6. That from 19-5-2023 onwards Opposite Party repeatedly
asked for money on which the applicant showed his inability.
On refusal the O.P. has threatened to ruin and murder the
entire family of the applicant. The O.P. has also threatened
that he will implicate the applicant and his family in grave
cases. Opposite Party is pressurizing the applicant to give
him money but the applicant is unable to advance any money
to the O.P. further. Last threatening from the O.P. Came on
29th May 2023 in which the O.P. claimed that he will ruin
and eliminate the applicant and his entire family within a
month.
7. That in view of the circumstances mentioned above the
applicant and her entire family is terrorized and feel insecure
to be implicated in false and frivolous cases.
It is, therefore, prayed to place
this application on record and do
the needful, help and protect the
 life and property of applicant
including his family members.

And for this the Applicant shall ever pray.
