Conference Information
Registration
September 18:
Registration desk will be open in the Lobby of the Tucson Marriott University Park Hotel (880 East 2nd Street, Tucson, Arizona,
USA, 85719) between 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Conference participants who registered online are welcome to stop by and pick up
their conference badges.
Parking
Parking in the 2nd Street Garage (next to the Student Union Memorial Center) will be available on September 19 – 21, 2022 and
has to be prepaid ($10 per day) at https://parking.arizona.edu/parking/honk/. The conference is listed under “The University
of Arizona – Football” category, only because of its location. In order to park using the prepaid parking reservation, attendees
have to arrive at the 2nd Street Garage between 7:00am – 9:00am. The parking staff will be available only during these hours.
Late arrivals will not be permitted to park in the 2nd Street Garage using prepaid parking reservations. For other parking options

Internet
Information on the internet access for the registered conference participants will be provided at the registration desk. Alterna-
tively, you can use UA-Guest or use eduroam if your institution is eduroam-enabled.
Presenter Info
While presentation slots are 25 minutes, please prepare a presentation lasting no longer than 20 minutes to allow for questions
and answers and changing speakers. Before your session starts, please introduce yourself to the session chair and provide any
basic info, as requested by the chair.
Audio/Visual Equipment
Each room will have a projector, VGA and HDMI video cables, and projection screen. There will be no computers provided.
Speakers are requested to bring their own computers. If this is not possible, please e-mail to the conference organizers at
engr-ascconf@email.arizona.edu before your arrival. Please test connection before your presentation and bring your own
VGA and/or HDMI interface cable if needed. Power up before your presentation starts and be ready to change over to your
computer for a quick speaker transition.

Session chairs should strictly enforce and follow the published conference schedule. If presenter does not show up, the chair will
call a recess until the next scheduled presentation. The order of presentations cannot be shuffled. Please keep the introductions
brief.
